Las Vegas, Nevada. There should have been a million things to do, sights to see, shows, casinos, golf, circus attractions, amusement park rides. But, with all those things to consider, what did that leave for someone like Madison Manson? The miniature monster of the wrestling ring found herself wondering about what it was she could do to occupy herself in the city of sin, especially considering the fact that she didn't even have a match on this week's card. She probably could have been training, considering her upcoming shot at the tag team title but she was finding it hard to motivate herself to do much of anything considering the desert heat. Even her books had failed to remain interesting.
And yet, idle hands were the devil's play things. And so, she needed to find something to do with herself and thus, Madison Manson had tried to blend in with the crowd. The swarming throngs of tourists, the uneducated, consuming masses. Trying to keep a low profile, dressed in a surprisingly feminine sundress, she had first gone to to the Guggenheim Hermitage at The Venetian, hoping for a suitably intellectual way to spend her time. Unfortunately, it seemed that the free admission created nothing but long lines and throngs of morons milling about.
It took an awful lot for Madison to stay calm as she spent most of her day wasting her time in various misses in the entertainment category. The roller coaster at the New York, New York had proved fun, but only the one time. The lines for the amusement rides at the Stratosphere had then proved too long, the tigers at the MGM were only entertaining to watch for so long and Madison had never been a big fan of shopping. Eventually, she wound up down at the Luxor, wandering through the various Egyptian themed attractions before making her way to the Mandalay Bay where she amused herself by visiting Shark Reef. It wasn't exactly her ideal way to spend the day, bouncing from one hotel on the strip to another, but it was a way to kill some time.
When all was said and done, she found herself sitting at a bank of slot machines on the floor of the Mandalay Bay, cautiously eyeing the Starlight tattoo parlor. That was when she noticed (x) approaching from around another bank of slot machines.
